EVENT MANAGEMENT - The process explained

We can provide or source everything you will need for your special occasion. From the moment you contact us, we use our knowledge and expertise to advise and guide you through the process, developing your ideas into reality and ensuring nothing is left to chance.

  • We will send you an initial itemised quotation which will list everything we feel you may require for the type of event. This is very flexible and can be amended at any stage of the process.
  • We can then offer you a free, no obligation site survey where we can accurately measure your site and further discuss your requirements and expectations.
  • You are also welcome to visit our showrooms where you can view specific furniture, lining colours, carpet colours, table linen and lighting options, as well as discussing your event in more detail.
  • A computer generated scale plan will give you a better idea of the space available to you when the marquee has been furnished with such things as dance floor, stage, catering area, balustrade and bar area. It will also show suggested door and window positions - of course, the plan is subject to change at your discretion and you are welcome to contact our event coordinator at any time.
  • Only when you are entirely happy with the quotation will we require a deposit to secure your booking. If your requirements change after this, for example a change in guest numbers, we can still alter your package.
  • Between the time we take your booking and your event we will be happy for you to view, with their permission, other customers' marquees to show you the standards you will be receiving from us.
  • Fine tuning of your package will ensure the perfect event. We can contact your catering company, florist, DJ or band to discuss their requirements in more detail.
  • Our qualified team of erection specialists will arrive on time, on the day agreed. The team supervisor will discuss the plan with you in case of any last minute changes, and explain his predicted agenda for the assembly.
  • On completion the supervisor will guide you around the marquee and indicate any controls for lighting, generator, toilets, electrics, heaters etc.
  • The only thing left for you to do at this point is enjoy your event, but we will be on call to deal with any unlikely emergency or hiccup!
  • We will recover our equipment as quickly as possible on a day to suit you. If you would like us to leave the marquee up for an extra day to hold a charity or fundraising event, we will do our best to accommodate this.
